Hi Timothy,
Searching the blowtorch, I came across thisclip.
Don't know about the occupation of sauces.
Believe that if you search YouTube to find something.

Speaking of Pesach and drying food, have it started in Egypt. We put the bread and left us with Matzo.
:)

Happy holiday.

About soy sauce, dried and whacking it down with water in places "production". In Kazakhstan is buying soy sauce in that shiny 300 grams. Was enough for more than a year. The question is how a slag.

Actually I've learned a lot from the science that was here too. Of course things are relevant only to people travelling mid-week trips but still good to hear opinions of knowledgeable people.

My rule of thumb part of overhead per month > walk to eat as much and at every opportunity.

In addition to standard oven drying has two types of dehydrators you can buy. Both the number of models and they aren't cheap.
1. Ezidri
2. Excalibur.

You can also buy in whole food dehydrator on Amazon, but I don't know if they're sending to Israel and shipping costs.

About drying options of different foods you can buy books online. This world and very interesting.
For example, a link to Amazon.com under search keyword Dehydration Books.
Http://www.amazon.com/s/...sb_noss?url=search-alias 3Daps-% field & keywords = #/ref = nb_sb_ss_c_0_15 dehydration-url = alias% 3Daps & search field-keywords = dehydration + books + dehydration = & sprefix boo 2Caps% 2C568% rh = & 3Aaps 2 GB% i% 3Adehydration% + books
If you are interested then go into contents of the books and see what each offers.
Anything can be dry: fruit, vegetables, snacks, meat, cheese, hummus, etc.

There's another option and that is to build a solar food dryer oven.
The Google query "request drying using solar oven" and here are the results:

P.s.
I'm not sure, but I think Sergei once wrote that he uses in this way dry, Cook, so if I'm not wrong and instead of sparring with Greg, so is he learns us (including photos).

Nahum, don't think there is a big difference from a comfortable friend. From the little I've read, to make it work in the oven, it should be below 135 degrees and do not have this option in all furnaces. Besides, should ensure the ventilation (leave the door open and the fan oven will work) and find a solution so that the juices do not accumulate or dedicated network device and I can on cardboard. Someone wrote that it dries food in his car on a hot day.

I guess people drying is a way of life for them (some apparently), seek comfort solutions-drying ovens.

I remember the moment I bought once out of curiosity at the deli to Russians (. And pardon the sector definition), dried fish--compare shit, didn't really look appetizing, tastes ...? Well, it's a matter of taste. But as it seemed kind of lightweight, nutritious, suitable for long walks.

Onshore in the U.S. Had a steak-3 dollars a pound. In Israel. Cheaper to buy a ticket, to dry and repeat. And all the things I buy dry Tomb.

But dry dressings is something new. This seasoning sauces mountains + water + oil.

So why not take spices + oil

Don't think it's practical to dry sauces, but may reduce them by evaporation of water in the oil. Quality soy sauces, for example, (iamasa, kikoman) are first and foremost, much more concentrated cheap (osem).

Apparently people do dry dressings. You were right when you said that oil remains, so it is important that chshmchinim not drying use sauces included.
And the point is that it saves work liyavsh sauces and eating in space with a taste of home. Instead industrial spice, you can prepare the sauce with fresh vegetables, etc.

I eat mostly sprouts (a mixture of rye sprouts, mung beans and fenugreek sprouts <מש>-fast and tasty), tahini, Chia seeds in water overnight (tablespoon per day). Gathering wild plants too from what I know and I like this on the road, or add to salad.

Kitchen sprouter doesn't weigh much (based on canvas bags). But carrying more water (no more than a pint) to soak the seeds (after 8-10 hours passed what's left of them). Wet them 2-3 times a day almost requires no water. And I point water rinsing.

If cooking destroys (vitamins and enzymes, so they say) and makes the food less available components (protein, so I've read), it does the exact opposite sprouting, and need to eat less to enter the body. Sprouts also are rich in enzymes, making the digestive process (less power).

Sometimes eats some almonds and walnuts. Sometimes adds a tomato/lemon sprouts salad. Sometimes, when it comes to the market, I buy me some fruit, or some bread or something else for dinner.

I cook very often, so there is no need for fuel or on a hotplate. When it's not cold. If I want something hot (lentil stew), dorvent in a little cup of titanium

Takes up space in your kitchen!

And seriously:

As I wrote before, his tpertora starts from very low.

Another thing is the uniformity in drying. In the oven sometimes needed in the template.

I dry from time to time by implementing a baking paper format. No problem.

Liquids cannot accumulate you steam them (that's the idea).

By implementing network allow to dry (no confidence) to make jerky. Where you want the air transport also the bottom of the meat.
