So after two and a half weeks to reach mitzpe Ramon I must recommend to anyone that hasn't done very much to do it and there are many reasons for this.

But that's not why you opened the subject, but given the fact that I didn't always carry a lot and although my heavy backpack I want to download even more weight (with 6 l water and food is approx. 16 KB)

So what I have right now in the pod (and to streamline the hearing I considered each item):

To only have 2 sheets, one after the other items I have kept older before the changes (totally fucked-up table I copied here)

Https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14rrhG2yZ0gyqiSlsuiDxtoRHKy5CHD1egaqch7Chw-c/edit-usp = sharing

Note-all the little things I'm interested in purchasing the priority is to buy quality cheap so I have no problem to wait a bit and invite overseas unless the prices/quality doesn't justify such a reservation.

I just want things to improve – to optimize:

1. blisters-blisters. this past week in both legs so I want to address the issue. From what I read and from what I know, there are the following Liner Socks under a sock. Would love a recommendation for purchase (model +) this is what I found so far but I'm sure there are cheaper. Http://shvilisrael.myfastforum.org/_liner_about199.html Http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-Pair-of-Wigwam Flash Pro Socks-Large/311321804988-LH_DefaultDomain_0 & hash = pt = item487c39c0bc

2. my sleeping bag heavy is 1.3 pounds. I am interested in sleeping bag recommendation and easier to climate in Israel.

3. platif/-mattress is really not good enough for me. I am very torn between 2 mattresses of THERM A REST should take or not inflatable. Does Z LITE SOL provide?

Http://www.rei.com/product/810386/therm-a-rest ridgerest sleeping-on-pad solite # tab specs.

Http://www.rei.com/product/829826/therm-a-rest z-lite sleeping pad-sol # tab specs.

4-looking Hat tours better than Hat I have sweat mandf and weighs a lot to climate in the country.

It maybe? A bit expensive? Http://www.rei.com/product/827301/columbia-bora-bora booney hat-ii.

5 flies-problem be mosquitoes, but right now, the big problem is the flies primarily at night. Is there some way to defend them? They're not leaving until you getting a little cold at night and arrive in the morning to a shcatt bag begins to shine out.

6. I am very torn whether to leave the SOFTSHELL and AXE at home. The soptchl is always hot at night till now in the South and had to use it twice. And I only use AXE to mask the odor if use hitching and showered (of course I change my clothes not to worry).

That is if I have something else on my mind I will add anyway a welcome to all and comment.

Tips on the table.

  • Have about half that Bill. This means that you can tear out half the number for, and save half his weight.
  • Why you need a pan for 6? I have removedit, and the many more companies offering pots in similar sizes/weights. More than enough. Surely you can find some cheap aluminum pot will be smaller (Finjan), and cheap price.
  • Set of 4 glasses and plates? Not needed at all. Just removed from the previous point, and
  • Sleeping bag-I recommend ZPacks (site is currently not cost, but it must be something temporary), but there are still many good friends (and expensive). Anyway, if you want to switch to something that's easier on your most expensive.
  • The z-rest probably will suffice in terms of doing the work, and the cold of the ground will be quarantined. The neo-air would be much more comfortable (but more expensive).
  • Why 2 t-shirts? I'd settle for one shirt (in my opinion, better against the Sun)
  • You also are pants and shorts? In my opinion, enough just fall apart.
  • Instead of the softshell which raincoat hardshell. The favorite Marmot Precip (I don't have much experience with other models), about half, and a little heat. But if you think you need a more isolated layer, then weight savings will be significant. I have been left with the coat, because it's another point that could cost a lot of money.
  • I hope you are not grinding.
  • Columbia's Cap would be good for Israel. I was also thinking maybe the eyeshades closed (they also have something like that.)
  • I haven't seen the deodorant, but you probably don't need it.

Don't write what you have a case. You can save a lot of weight on the case itself, especially if you manage to save weight and volume in other equipment, to go with a simpler, you don't need to keep weight.

You were gone. Get all pages that belong to the opposite direction to and saving 100 grams.

If platib does not satisfy you, z-lite also does not satisfy you, because it's also my opinion platib is a softer and less aplatib.

About shcsh, it might interest you.

About hlavin, deodorant. From cream that prevents odor, but not sweaty. Should be applied every 3-4 days and this thing takes up momentum as more users.
You can transfer the cream to a small box, you will be סה״כ 20 g with chopasa.

Blisters-recommend my friend. Cream of life professional asoprparam (sold at medicine) to rub against athletes and soldiers tproacht diapers or something.
I put it on my feet and it worked fine. I'm also wearing two pairs of socks, very internal and finds this kind of arrangement prevents itching.

Speaking about that, I have seen recommendations for Polish society, quite similar to shkshim parameters of WM but the price is half and sending to Israel.

They also have a thermarest mattresses at prices like in the U.S.

As much as I like their mattresses that wasn't a smart move. In total they did super aggressive taper valve, removed and some insulation.

North to Arad carry only three liters of water and fill up on the way. Reduction of 3 kg and cost.

How a Bill??? By my account not even fifteen. (If I'm not mistaken, the guy goes from South to North).

Ariel:

1. how often do you change socks? In my opinion it has importance and therefore I try to change socks every day, sometimes twice a day.

2.1.3 kg is not that heavy.

I've used in the Israel National Trail (INT) in the sack of 600 Aztec helium weighs I believe 600-700 grams.

Very basic but quality also. Except for a night or two when I slept with my clothes he served me not bad.

(But you left a few desert nights can be cold).

5. at the time I think I ever go for the tent/night of tzbris. I think it would improve the quality of your sleep in several steps.

But every other Word do work too.

Never-carried 6 liters of water (except days should carry water for two days).
