Hi dear friends,
I am a seaside town called Westward Ho, six days and 130 mph! I still don't feel really connected to it is hard to explain. Maybe those towns that confirmed my sequence.
The first four days-I really like walking on cliffs above the rocky coves and small towns and really cute. The last two days were a little "like" Indian city. Large towns and many have a long holiday weekend and blow and families. I feel sometimes like alien:-) With my giant bag among vacationers. These days less love. Yesterday was a terrible weather. I know where I've been by the signs-I didn't see anything.
Waiting for tomorrow to go back and narrow trails and quiet.
So far only two annual tent for all kinds of reasons. I hope to make the balance sheet total, but flexible course of both my tent nights it rained:-) And you still haven't actually spent one night in the tent (including Scotland last year, if you hear ...).
Also in terms of distances and times I walk very scattered. Long day went about 38 km/h!!! But I also had a short day of approximately 7 km away. Not a bad day I just felt was not good and stopped in town (and get very cold, both passed now I feel great).
The very flowery for this season, which is great!
I don't shoot with the phone so I don't have pictures for you right now. Try to remember to take pictures once in a while with this device lying me off in a backpack all the time:-)
It is, for now. I'll try to update again soon, be;-) tovimmm

Hello:-)
I am currently on b&b in a town called Bute.
The last two days, since leaving Westward Ho were very difficult for me though.
I walked 30 km every day and in the middle of a tent accommodation – which means for me almost without sleep.
This trail is harder than I thought, especially with the backpack. Today was probably the hardest day of my life: never-ending series (almost!) of cliffs on the coast and is in the format of immigrants to one cliff, descend from the other side and then climb up the cliff. Some ups and downs really steep. All sea and rocky bays on one side and grazing. And flowers!!!!! And the weather was clear and beautiful (: 00 p.m. this afternoon as the weather began to deteriorate quickly and around 5 started raining).
Yesterday during the day came to a town called Clovelly, which is simply one of the most unique towns I've ever seen. Adorable! (Look for her on the Internet if you just unique little place).
I came to Bute, pretty late (7) and luckily I found a fast. I didn't want another night in the tent, especially coming down now!
I pretty much just roshaaaaa but it was pretty amazing days:-)

I'm very sorry for those who respond or contact info. I'm really answer but try to reach it.

Trying to attach a sunset picture next to the tent:-) And the trail today. It's a little hard on the mini cell format so if not I'm sorry about that, too.

Beautiful amber!

What rain? Everything looks sunny there with you (or you took and sent).

If you can't sleep in a tent enough were gone (and exhausting yourself enough)

Looks like a cool experience-never walked a path like that.

Hello:-)
I'm currently in the big town named St Ives. Day off. I here by bus.
The weather was a challenge in the last few days since Saturday. Most of the time I was able to stay dry while walking but it was gray, wet and spirits really are crazy! Given the nature of the trail-head cliffs was uncomfortable sometimes ...:-)
Since Friday (feels so, so long ago ...), not annually, but in tent guesthouses and even at one (due to weather). Hostels on the successful path! And finally I meet people. Many Britons are going off the trail in sections over the years, as for Israel.
Unfortunately, my left foot hurts. I decided to download and hopefully less distances hours ease foot and ended a long day before the pain hits me. But in the end it finished lame walk, was horrified to discover a little swollen foot:-( So I decided to jump in here and relax, hopefully tomorrow, and once to go. I'm really looking at successful and I will try not to move around too much.
It's a little frustrating, I feel I can go hours otherwise, and "swallow" the path that continues to be beautiful and interesting despite challenging weather, but now poor leg limits.

Be well and a speedy recovery.
Sucks that something small can ruin a trip.

Great pictures!
The deep blue of the sea is a refreshing change compared to the green-yellow-brown of the infallible moorland along countless kilometres.

How did you manage to get the animals to pose like that?

And the spirits. The spirits. These really don't see pictures.

Continue to update, hope to hear better next time!

Very beautiful photos, you enjoy, keep it up . And leg pain or no pain because it is not (again) March fracture,

And it would look for turmeric, i.e. the inflammation.

Depending on the type of pain you describe, it could be March fracture.
No good start the first week with 30 + miles.
But the Mayor pushing the feet and Shins absorb too much.
Hope asks of March fracture is incorrect because the swelling in my leg is a bad omen.

Yes I'm worried too tilapia just that pain doesn't feel like a muscle or tendon. Meanwhile I leave! ;-) I suffered in the past from pain in the feet, are very similar, it's always easy with abck so I'm optimistic. The inthei decided on another day of rest. I couldn't pick a better place-town gorgeous especially day finally end, though good weather. In the morning I didici port (am) when the old (and a lot of those) bypass me;-) step light Cute! Careful not to run the weight on your foot, let her rest. Thankfully much less painful and less bloated. So there is hope! But tomorrow I'm going back to. Go slowly and rest a lot and looks ... My tent died out of backpack!
I take more pictures so album again:-)

Thank you for your support and concern! To type in the info.:-)

Can't wait to get to land's end on the West end of Cornwall. Over a year after I left Greece Southwest starting in the East!

According to the pictures looks like a very interesting and special and occasional rain just adds to the beauty of the place, at least according to the pictures.

And I hope you continue to enjoy and have fun despite the pain.

However, in my experience, usually inflatable leg so it's walking these crises stretching of tendons. Possible to try to wear a bandage and see if the pain goes on. If yes then probably it is broken and there is no choice but taking a long rest. If not or less pain so I guess this is a stretch at best (effort and click back on the foot, especially if you go 30 miles per day) or partial tear of tendons at worst.
