Hello!

A friend and I arrive tomorrow (26.7) to Munich when he was planning to travel to Innsbruck and go the first two parts of High Altitude Trail Run 2 starting Monday (17.2).

A review about the weather in the area for two weeks it seems that is going to be wet, as the AV1 could serve as an alternative.

I would be happy if any of the experience can help me validate this Outlook as much as possible, and if it does so, to help us find an alternate route for the next two weeks, it would be more welcome.

(Seen here for a walk a little further north, on the East-West axis in southern Bavaria, less high places it seems possible, but Greece is trying to open additional thinking directions)

Thanks in advance for help!

Yair

-Easy first. You probably don't know so the meteorological world. I'm no expert either, but I have pretty much experience with synoptic and computerized models.
Start with a basic truth – best weather forecasts around the world mostly irrelevant beyond the span of four days, in part because of the chaotic element that limits the accuracy of the models.
So if a forecast "good" genre range of up to four days, the major Alpine environment forecast good for most days or even 24 hours.
So don't be impressed from the gloomy forecasts major. Take a walk regardless of predictions. Make sure you keep up with the daily forecast. It will be much more relevant.
Go in peace and return safely to report

First of all thank you!
I am, and I don't really care even to begin to explore and hear the voice of the weather and what he order any day.
I just thought I might make myself a life easier and take less an area.
Anyway take your advice into account. This is exactly why I experience here (owners:
Thanks again

I can only share my personal experience.
I hang out in the mountains on an annual basis since 1984 and all travels never met a wet weather system that lasted more than three days in a row.
Of course, I'm walking in the mountains, especially in the summer.
