Sheila, sorry about the late response.

Salomon shoes basically speed crash 3 on them. The shoes, at least to me, but their sole on very worn out after approximately 200 km (mainly in the Judean desert and the Negev).

As I wrote to neutrinos, off the ledge of ground run and go on more traditional hiking shoes (no trekking), for example http://www.rikushet.co.il/rikushet/953/4937/?s=231 style featured similar models?

Factor's shoes on? Nice shoes at prices just got comfortable pair for almost a year and I use them a lot and they look good and feel almost like the day I bought them, I got the moab mid GTX with vibram soles and they are holding on and no relation to shoes with GTX not very warm (I traveled with them in August in the region of Mount Hermon and was around 30 degrees and I had super hot with them).
