Plan to trek in Nepal in September and October (six total).
I prefer mountains and cities thought to connect the daolgiri with the trek around Annapurna or (both) to do three at passim Everest. In addition to one of these options to start or finish the lantang and frozen lakes.
How about in terms of times and even
What should start (e.g. in terms of fitness, acclimatization to altitude, m at the end of October/beginning of September and the leeches there at the end of the summer)?
Can/should do with tent?

DadiM peace

I see no one answered you then try to donate some (albeit in Nepal was 15 years ago, and things change).

In terms of season from September to October.
Can't help about the leeches except to report that I haven't encountered in the area of Mount Everest from the (Annapurna I and langtang in March-April).

As far as I know there is a big difference between rotate Annapurna, Everest three at passim and frozen lakes and the dawlgiri.
While the first travel can travel between villages and minimum equipment in the historical dawlgiri in at area (at least in the high parts of the trail).
This fact alone puts the dawlgiri on an entirely different scale in terms of difficulty (both dealing with weight and heights coping with extreme cold).

Whatever your experience in such conditions but if it isn't much I highly recommend (literally) think twice.
If you have experience and suitable equipment (or are you going to join the Group worried about the major equipment), I'd say this trek to the end to get the acclimatization of the equation.

Hope that I did some
