How is it possible to eradicate the ugly phenomena?

There is no education for emerging nature why don't register inspectors that fines of thousands of dollars?

I stopped to admire it every time.

Saving nature is only a small part of behavioral norms and side are accepted in society. You can't expect people to maintain nature when not keeping things as main driving too self-aware flagrant behavior, both in Israel and abroad, throwing trash outside towns/houses or cars, etc (I am sure that everyone here has at least one example of such behavior on a daily basis or hourly).

Until we put emphasis on the main things stiff punishment with education and even save minor nature won't happen unfortunately.

The phenomenon can be prevented or at least eliminate 90% of it.  Just the way you were raised with Israel not to pick wildflowers.

Remember you were raised with Israel don't pick wildflowers in the 1960s and 1970s.

A completely different world (unfortunately).

Agree with me. First you have to educate.
And when you have sub-enforcing all the laws in which they (safety, conditions, etc) you want to enforce the laws protecting the environment?

(Beyond that, the biggest enemies of nature in the country are established bodies such as the IDF and the phosphates-do their head, Director of real estate and Planning Manager busy pursuing non-required cities and other idiots.
They do a lot more damage to nature than would an idiot with ATV in a thousand years, but no requirement to enforce them duties of preserving nature.
Maybe we should start there)

Whenever I wake it – people are threatening to kill me and my family and more full of unspeakable curse words.
Once I went to mshtera to ask what to do in such a case and the officer laughed in my face.
To date I haven't found a solution other than finishing school and make relocation.
Recommend to everyone.
