The manufacturing process is never perfect and tents are no exception. From time to time we produce shelters with cosmetic flaws. Usually they manifest as extra seam holes or extra coating (resulting in some discoloration swatches or lines) or tiny holes that occur during thread snipping. Very occasionally fabric will snag or puncture during one of the multiple production stages and the resulting hole will need to be glue or sewn patched. In all cases, we do whatever it takes to restore functionality but we are left with cosmetic flaws. Such shelters are called"blems" and we offer them for discounts, generally in the $30-$50 range. They carry the same warranty and return policies that apply to our unblemished shelters.

Our supply of such shelters goes up and down. As of today we have about 20 of them. If you're interested in one, please contact us for more details and a list of available shelters.
